Not wanting to be blocked by language limitations, seduced by the comments, I trusted, I bought this plugin…

Immediately the problems arose, it works pretty well for simple texts. But, sometimes, translations with html tags mix the tags with the text, the pages are half translated, the sliders overlap. It seems that sliders are not appreciated and yet I insist on it! Everything is mixed, I correct everything. Even the <strong> tags become “<strong<strong<strong<strong>”, some sentences are partially translated…

After hours of work, I end up calling ConveyThis support for emergency help, I send 3 emails to “support@conveythis.com” showing the disaster on my site, I sent them different screenshots. It’s Saturday, I hope to have an answer Monday or Tuesday… Surprise, for a few hours, the site works! And he starts wandering again for some obscure reasons… I still send a new alert to the support on the site…

I haven’t had any response so far, so I ended up deactivating the plugin, my English site still worked fine, luckily.
I really spent a lot of time trying to make it work but everything is fragile, unstable, unpredictable (at least in my configuration). I tried to send a new call for help from their site, it’s impossible, my request is rejected, I really wonder if this is not voluntary!

My site is in WordPress-Divi, I saw that they had removed Divi from their list, perhaps an incompatibility? However, I bought the plugin and its support… and I have no support, not the slightest help. Today, since Saturday, 3 days later, the prices of the plugin have doubled…

13th October, ConveyThis sends me a mail: “We’ve fixed the issue and now it should be working okay. Is there anything else you would need help with? Please don’t hesitate to contact us and don’t forget to leave us a positive review in the app store!”

I rush to try it but it’s desperately the same. I reply to their e-mail, and find that a ticket has been opened for my problem.
    It’s October 18, and I get no answer… It’s been almost 3 weeks, how can I leave a positive review? 🙁
