Hi Suzy,
Thanks for kind words. If you wanna share your review, it would help: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/ultimate-auction
Plugin redirects all new users to wp-login.php (which is a default WP login page). To add register option on wp-login.php, you can do it via admin dashboard -> settings -> general -> membership -> check “anyone can register”.
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Nitesh

Nitesh,
Does that affect the whole site? I just want a bidder to register.
I’m using just the free version. Do I need to purchase the $99 version?

Nitesh,
You didn’t answer my question. I just want bidders in the auction section to register. Do I need to upgrade the plugin for this? I don’t want the whole site to have users!

Hi Suzy,
PRO version has a popup which gives option to “Login” or “Register” to the website. This popup is not there in free version. But I do not think you should buy PRO just for this reason.

Sorry forgot to post demo link: http://demo.auctionplugin.net/?ult_auc_id=116
You can try bidding on this auction and you can notice the popup window.

Thanks very much! So when someone registers, it’s just for that section and not the whole site, right?

No, registration is for the whole site. It happens this way bcoz my plugin does not interfere with login/registration process of WP i.e. plugin does not require any custom login/register mechanism. It just checks if bidding person is registered user of the site or not, if not then redirect to login screen.
Hope that makes sense.
Cheers,
Nitesh
