Hi all. On the Dutch forums there’s a question of a person who suddenly has a Romenian line in his pages. “Au trecut pe aici”, it means something like “going through”. Below the line there are three boxes to fill in: “name”, “email” and “blog” with a “submit” button. Googling the line results in many blogs with the same line and submit button (along with Romanian websites with poetry et al). I’ve checked a few. All were WP sites. I’ve looked for similar plugins, but even though GTranslate is a popular one among hacked (?) blog, I found one blog that has only been installed (in 3.1) and seems to have no plugins whatsoever, not even a post or a page other than the default ones.
The script in the source goes:
<div id="visitorsnotifymain" ><h3 id ="visitorsnotifytitle">Au trecut pe aici : </h3><br /><form method="get" action="" id="visitorsnotifyform"> <label for="n">Name</label> <input type="text" id="n" name="n"/> <label for="m">Mail</label> <input type="text" id="m" name="m"/> <label for="w">Blog</label> <input type="text" id="w" name="w"/> <p class="submit"><input type="submit" value="Submit"/></p> </form></div><div style="clear:both;"></div>
Which doesn’t do much on itself, so there has to be another script somewhere else.
Could somebody who likes to look into these things (too) see what this is all about?
