Atypical access control?

  • So here’s the thought. Something similar to a members only section. Instead of actually having to be a member or maintain some sort of registration etc. utilize an OpenId log in. Instead of creating an actual membership use the OpenId to verify the individual temporarily, maybe with a cookie?

The idea is a slightly more advanced version of a mature content warning page. I’d like to use an OpenId verification as the acceptance of terms or age statement. I have no intention of bothering with member accounts.

So, anyone have any ideas how to go about this? Or is there a plugin somewhere that already does this?
