Attributes update / Delete existing attributes

    We know Knawat dropshipping plugin update the products in my store, which is a good thing.

    But, in turn, it automaticaly delete the attributes and description that i added manualy to the products.

    For example: heel length, brand, color, … and product description.

    So my question is: Can I add any script to the functions.php file that prevents updating of attributes and descriptions. And only stock update is allowed.

    Hello @jarmouniwp,

    You don’t need to update anything in the functions.php file, You need to wait for automatic import/ update to work and it will only update existing products’ stock and price only and import new products.

    Same problem here, without hitting any update buttons, it overwrites descriptions, tags, and other customizations.

    Is there a way to control what gets updates from Knawat to the integrated store precisely?

    Hello @ahmedzeidan,

    The default behavior here is that automatic sync updates only stock and price of all Knawat products in your store. Can You send an email with the issue You are facing to support@knawat.com and during the time We will check the issue and reply back as soon as possible? Also, Can You send us valid access to your store admin dashboard so We can check the issue furthermore?

    Reached out to the support team and after investigation, they were not able to fix the issue and the final reply was “Plugins Conflict”.

    Can You try to install the plugin on a clean WordPress- Woocommerece and check if the issue still persists?
