# Attributes not adding

 * Hi all, I’m having issues that when clicking “Create attribute rule” and then
   saving a new rule – the page refreshes. The new attribute however doesn’t appear
   on the manage attributes page. Anyone have any thoughts?
 * I have a number of attributes I’ve created in the past, but can’t seem to create
   a new one successfully.

 * Have you tried doing this from another browser to check if the issue persists?
 * Do you have any caching plugins on your website?
 * Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us 
   the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
 * System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system
   report > Copy for support.
   Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status
   > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.You could copy
   and paste your reply here or paste it via [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   and send the link here.
