Attributes get deleted on Save of product

We are facing the issue that attributes set for variations are getting deleted on save of product. But it not delete on every save. when we add attributes first time, and create variations, these are saved very well. But if we make any change in variation either price or any other field and then try to save the product, the attributes get deleted this time.
Please review the case on your level for variation, try to edit variation you will face it on second or third save.

The first step is, you can update your WooCommerce to the latest version.
Then you can navigate to WooCommerce > status > tools > update database.
If the issue persists, you can switch your theme to Storefront, and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. As explained on our Self Service Guide.
Does this make a difference? Please let us know how that goes.
@ihereira we updated the WooCommerce and Facebook for Woocommerce. But the problem remains same. In the meantime I deactivate all plugins and activate one by one and analyze that the coflict occur when the Facebook for Woocommerce activated with ThemeHunk MegaMenu Plus. Stand alone its working fine when both plugins are activated separately. The problem start when these two plugins activated with woocommerce. Now we only have three plugins active, woocommerce, Facebook and ThemeHunk MegaMenu Plus. So please review it technically whats wrong with plugin and get effect woocommerce with Menu plugin.
I am also a developer and looking within these two plugins. Please take a look, we have to solve it immediately, since we are adding products and client getting update with that the attrubutes get removed again and again. So please help us soon. I hope we to look the on save actions and filters.

No logs for today under, Woo->Logs, and not such fatal error in php error logs.

I understand that Facebook for WooCommerce and ThemeHunk MegaMenu Plus are working fine when both are activated, however, when you activate WooCommerce, there arises a problem.

What the hell is this, I am saying that the plugin Facebook for woocommerce is making issue, as I deactivate it, the issue resolve.

I understand how frustrating this can be. It is difficult to check an issue without error logs being generated. WooCommerce and its extensions are dynamic, i.e. they will be updated regularly, unfortunately, due to the variable and vast number of plugins, we can not make every combination with third party plugins to guarantee compatibility.
May I ask, does the issue is present with all products? Or some of them? Can you please send a screenshot of the attributes before being deleted? Do the attributes contain special characters?
If you reconnect Facebook for WooCommerce does the issue is still present?

Yes, the issue with all products. No attribute has any special character.
It should not be affected from facebook connection, since it affected on save/update of product.
FYI, I have deactivated all plugins, now only Woocommerce, MegaMenu and Facebook plugins active. So please ask your plugin developer to look the case.

Furthermore, does this happen when you are using the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled?
I just want to be sure that it is not the MegaMenu plugin that is causing the conflict here.

The we are facing on a product edit page, not on a Menu page. The menu plugin not have a relation with of woocommerce, the only plugin have relation with woocommerce if Facebook here. The menu plugin is used from long time, there is no issue before, the issue starts after the Facebook plugin added.

I would recommend doing a conflict test to check if there are any conflicts with other plugins or the theme:

* Try to reproduce the problem: by trying to save the products. If the issue is resolved, it is a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next step.* Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook.
* Try to reproduce the problem again. If the issue is resolved, it is a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.* Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
