In order to troubleshoot that further, could you share a direct URL to that product in order for us to test on our side?
Usually, the layout/design of elements is up to the theme being used although it’s too early to say for sure without taking a closer look.

Thanks for quick reply. Below is a link to a typical page on the site where the problem occurs. Looks fine on a Mac, on a tablet the text in the dropdown gets cut off.
