These accesses should exist in a practical way for the user and not raise a ticket for questions that must have an immediate solution, in addition there should be the option to continue with the payment if you leave it on standby, not that everything is blocked and you must raise tickets. It took us more than a week to be able to renew the license, contemplating emails, links with URLs that did not work to update card data.

    Improve this and it will be a powerful service.
