    Hello, We have deleted the plugin “Attention – Cache / Minify plugin found!”. Autoptimize reinstalled. But it still comes the same message although we have deleted the plugin.

    Also, after deleting the plugin we get the message This theme requires the following plugin: WP Widget CSS Classes. Begin installing plugin

    Best Regards

    I have absolutely no idea I’m afraid @ptperformance, one thing is sure is that neither of those messages are from AO itself .. :-/

    the first one could be from a plugin or theme or even your host, the 2nd one is likely from your theme?

    hope this helps,

    Hello Frank,

    Yes the bottom message we also think it comes from the theme.

    Since we have a backup, we took a risk and activated AO. But now we have twice as long loading time and also the rest has become worse. I wonder if this is related to the deleted plugin?

    OK, some questions;
    * what plugin did you delete? do you have a URL where I can find info on that?
    * what KPI specifically are you referring to with “load time”, is that “fully loaded” (which is not very relevant) or onLoad time or first paint or …?
    * can you share the URL of your site so I can have a look at what is happening?

    We would like to buy the premium version if it works.

    Publicly we do not want to post. Can also give you access if you have a mail where we can send the data.

    We had deleted WP fastest Chache and Widget CSS Classes but have enabled it again.

    I’m afraid sharing credentials is not allowed here, but it makes sense performance was worse with WPFC disabled as that removes page caching, resulting in higher “server response times” which impacts all other KPI’s.

    You can perfectly use WPFC & AO together, only thing to make sure of is that you use WPFC for page caching and AO for JS/ CSS/ HTLM/ image/ … optimization, so disable any options related to CSS/ JS/ … in WPFC and you’ll be good to go 🙂
