Hi @perthartglass,
Thanks for your query.
If all your tickets were from past events and you don’t have any running events or upcoming events only then it will hide the legacy TribeCommercce settings section.
However, it should not deactivate any Attendees page from showing up.
Do you have the TribeCommerce PayPal settigs all connected and updated? Having those active also should avoid TribeCommerce from not working.
Let me know if this helps.
We have an event this weekend which is sold out but I can’t access the attendee information with the updated plugin.
We do not use Tribe Commerce or Tickets Commerce. We use Woo Commerce with our own payment provider, not PayPal.
So I see now that the free Events plugin no longer includes integration with Woo Commerce and we may need to find an alternative plugin.
Hi @perthartglass ,
I assume there is some confusion. Free Event Tickets never had WooCommerce support.
The Event Tickets Plus plugin has WooCommerce support and as you haven’t updated that alongside Event Tickets, therefore it got deactivated.
Event Tickets v5.2.0 requires the latest version of Event Tickets Plus v5.3.0.
Updating Event Tickets Plus should fix your issue.
Thanks
