    How do I check wich mode I Use?

    I can also inform that SOME name shows. There seem to be a pattern that the users where names not showing. neither te adress are shown, only email.

    No-User Booking Mode is activated / deactivated under Events > Settings > Bookings > No-User Booking Mode.
