    Hello,
We’ve recently installed the Board Management plugin along with the Attendance Tracking extension. An issue has come up with how to deal with volunteers that may have left the organization/no longer flagged a board_member.

Example: Several months after an event with 15 board members marked as in attendance, 6 of the board members have left. The event will only show an attendance of 9 people.

In this case the tracking extension is not very effective in displaying a historical record of past events.

Is there any way to create an archived report after the event?
    Thanks in advance,

    Bill

Thanks for reaching out Bill. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way of creating a historical record of past events for people who are no longer on the board. You will have to remove the board members from their role, which will cause the event to show only the number of current board members who did and did not go.

Sorry I don’t have better news for you. Let me know if any other questions come up.

Also, in the future, since you paid for the extension please use the Premium Support form at http://wiredimpact.com/services-and-pricing/wordpress-plugins-for-nonprofits/premium-support/. That way we can ensure we provide you the fastest support possible.
