Attachments not sending or showing

This is maybe a duplicate to https://wordpress.org/support/topic/uplod-files-not-sending/, but since OP did not come back to you, I rather opened a new ticket.
WP 5.6 | WC 4.8 | Booster for WC 5.3.5 & Product Input Fields Module
In order to customize a product, I want the user to be able to upload a logo file to print on products I sell. All my products are variations.
However, I cannot find the file anywhere, not on the server nor in the attachment when the box for sending it is checked. My hoster says there’s nothing preventing the upload on their side.
It seems like there’s something missing that triggers the upload of said file.
Can you give me a hint what might be wrong here? Do you need any additional information in order to help me out?

I am also experiencing something similar. Customers are attaching file during checkout, but the file shows up as a 0 byte attachment in email.

Can you please let us know which module you are using? You can use “Product Input Fields” to allow customers to add an image. If possible can you share configuration settings?

I am using the module “Product Input Fields”, deactivated the option to be activated for all products and enabled the option to choose on a per product base.
I left the zero as max file size and added .pdf and .eps file extensions to be allowed. The title is some custom text. Everything else is on default.
In order to get you the information you require, may I ask which configuration settings you would have to look at? Just the settings of this booster module or something additional?

@gravid7 I’m not 100%, but I may have figured out what is happening. I did a test order before seeing your message and the only thing I can come up with is that customers weren’t waiting for the upload to finish after hitting the upload button and before hitting place order button, as I have the file upload field available on the checkout page. I did multiple tests and each time the upload came through on the order email correctly. I have changed my field note to include an instruction to wait for file upload confirmation before moving on. Hopefully that solves the problem.
