After a ticket is created. Or a response with an attachment is created. The attachment is nog displayed clicking on it

The error message we get is:

[:error] [pid 19952] [client 88.159.157.31:32799] PHP Warning: readfile(https://subdomain.xxxx.com/wp-content/uploads/awesome-support/ticket_3237/xxx.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found\r\n in /home/xxx/domains/subdomain.xxxx.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/includes/file-uploader/class-file-uploader.php on line 249, referer: https://subdomain.xxxx.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3237&action=edit

Already. tried a fresh installation with only the plugin enabled, WordPress 4.7 and the latest version of twenty seventeen. No other plugins are active.

I think its an server issue. Perhaps you have seen this before?

    Regards Jerome

Another customer mentioned something similar to this and he found out it was because his users role wasn’t set to one of the Awesome Support roles or the Awesome Support specific capabilities weren’t added to the users’ role.

Of course, if you’re logged in as admin it will not make a difference but you might still want to use a tool such as User Role Editor to make sure your admin has the capabilities installed with Awesome Support (By default they should!)
