    Another customer mentioned something similar to this and he found out it was because his users role wasn’t set to one of the Awesome Support roles or the Awesome Support specific capabilities weren’t added to the users’ role.

    Of course, if you’re logged in as admin it will not make a difference but you might still want to use a tool such as User Role Editor to make sure your admin has the capabilities installed with Awesome Support (By default they should!)
