    Hi Kevon,

    I’ve managed to install the plugin and it seems to work fine for a contributor submitting an abstract, but the file attachment doesn’t appear in the admin dashboard. To the contributor it seems like it uploaded fine, but then when it comes through, there’s no attachment on the abstract. I’ve tried it with a variety of file types (.pdf, .png etc).

    I suspect this could due to a chmod permissions issue, what folder should I start to look?

    Hi Richard,
    At the moment there is only one reason I can think of that would affect your attachments: the size. Please ensure the max upload size is set to a larger capacity than the size you are attempting to upload.
