 * Hi,
 * I’ve just installed Forums on a test site. I’ve got it all working, I think, 
   except attachments. Users can upload attachments apparently without any problem–
   but trying to view them fails. For example, I uploaded a jpg file, and it appears
   as a broken link, both as a thumbnail, and when added into the body of the message.
   Doc and pdf files apparently upload, but again, cannot be downloaded – there 
   is nothing there, the file size for download is given as 0 bytes, though the 
   attachment part of the message gives the correct file size.
 * Looking in my uploads directory, the jpg file appears as xxx_thumb.jpg, and xxx.
   attach. The doc and pdf files appear as yyy.attach – rather than as yyy.doc. 
   They are also the correct sizes in that directory.
 * I changed the directory attributes from 755 to 777 just in case, but that made
   no difference.
 * Any ideas on why this is not working?
