 * Can I add the ability to upload xls, xlsx files?
 * How can I change the default text for supported attachments. I only want the 
   site visitor to see that doc, docx, and pdf files are supported. Where do a modify
   that text?

 * Sorry, I resolved this on my own. In the form itself I didn’t realize at the 
   bottom was the fields to display what file types are supported and I resolved
   this on my own.
 * Excel is supported and I was able to change what shows up on the form for visitors.
