 * Hi I’d like to send an attachment file back to the person filling in the online
   form. I notice there is a radio button to select to attach a file. How do I attach
   the file.

 * Unfortunately it is only possible to send custom HTML text to the users and not
   attachments. If you have the attachment posted somewhere, you might try including
   the link to the page. Thank you.
