It’s perfect for what I need to do, so thank you for your hard work. * I’ve probably missed something during configuration, but I have an issue with getting the attachments input to show in my members area on my WordPress site. * I can create and view tickets without any problems in WordPress and osTicket directly, so I assume my settings are correct. * I can also attach files without any problems in osTicket and view those attachments in WordPress and osTicket. * I have installed, activated and configured the filesystem plugin, and can also see new directories and files inserted into my chosen attachments file. * I can of course get the attachmnets input to show if I remove the conditional statements from the php file, so I wondered if I was missing something? This does not solve my issue because it doesn’t recognise my file types. * I have no errors in any error logs. * Also, I can use the image upload feature in the wysiwyg, but the url is incorrect once it is saved.
