Attachment urls has created another image?

Attachment urls has created another image for me.
https://www.example.com/post-example/post-example-image/ is going to https://www.example.com/post-example/ and thats correct.
But now I have noticed that another picture has been created: https://www.example.com/post-example/post-example-image-2/
..and it goes nowhere.How could it turn out like this?

Hi,
The -2 that gets added to a URL is the result of something else on your site having the same name. This is not related to the Yoast SEO plugin. Since no two posts, pages, files, images etc., can have the same name. WordPress adds a -2 to it when a URL is generated.
To resolve the issue look in your pages, posts and media library for images and other content that has the same name.
Once you locate the duplicate either edit the slug or delete the image and re-upload it with a different name.
