 * Hi Mike – I’ve discovered that both the new beta version and the previous versions
   are not set up to accept .docx as a valid attachment format.
    They accept .doc,
   but not the later versions of microsoft word.
 * Is this something that can be added in?
 * Also, in Beta 4, the vCita format page seems to trash the layout of the form,
   so I rolled back to Beta 2 for now.

 * docx should be included for new installs but upgrades will have to add it to 
   the setting located at the bottom of the fields tab.
 * Do you use vcita? Or you disable it?
 * Also you may have to use the style resets checkboxes to initialize changes to
   get the current intended layout
    Please try that and let me know, also if you
   continue to have a problem, please explain it and send me a URL to your form
