Attachment tab not showing in product page

    Hi There! We installed the plugin and upload file to be downloaded to clients but for some reason, the tab is not showing on the product page to download the file.

    I really appreciate your help!

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    We have checked in our site at it’s working as expected. Here we want to suggest you that please make sure to select the “Yes” value in “Show on Product page” option while adding a new attachment. Please see screenshot for more clearance: https://prnt.sc/k89pi8

    Still, you have the same issue then please create a support ticket on our support panel: https://store.multidots.com/dotstore-support-panel/
    and provide your wp-admin details there and our technical team will look at it and provide you with guidance on this.
