# Attachment not saved!?

 * Hi,
    I installed your plug in today. I tested the ticket attachment several times
   but there is no attachment visible and no attachment in the directory /wp-content/
   uploads/awesome-support/. System status “Upload Folder” is green “Der Upload-
   Ordner existiert und ist beschreibbar.” I also checked “Do Not Mask Attachment
   Links”. But it was not successful.

 * Also, can you turn on your WordPress debug flags and check to see if there are
   any related messages in debug.log.

    I tested with pdf and doc extensions.
 * I got the following warnings:

 * Hi:
 * I have no idea what the GLOB_BRACE constant is. What environment are you running
   in? Can you give us information about the following:
 * – your PHP version
    – your wordpress version – your host information – your wordpress
   server linux operating system version
 * We’ll likely need other configuration options as well. From what I can tell with
   a quick google search, that variable isn’t available under some unix configurations
   but that should not be the case if you’re using any of the mainstream WordPress
   hosts. But, if you’re using someone off the beaten path then they might not have
   everything available that WordPress needs.
