# Attachment mail issue

 * In Smtp wp mail plugin I am using amazon SES mail. I am using proper settings.
   I have received mail also but I am not receiving mail attachment. this attachment
   is basically a pdf. why attachment is not received with mail, is there any settings
   to add for attachment received.

 * If you’re using a Pro version of the plugin and it’s Amazon SES mailer, please
   [contact us ](https://wpmailsmtp.com/contact)by submitting a support ticket. 
   We don’t have any known issues with Amazon SES and the attachments, but we’ll
   be happy to investigate.
 * We are not able to provide support for the Pro version of the plugin in WordPress.
   org suppport forum.
