attachment id for a picture

I am trying to create a gallery with only some of the pictures I have uploaded. As I understand it, I can include just those pictures with [gallery include”[x1, x2, x3], where x1 is the photo’s “attachement ID”.

I can’t seem to find out what the “attachment ID” is. Is it the file name? Is it listed somewhere?
