    Hello! I’m using your plugin and thank you very much!

    Could you tell me how to find the files that customers attach in their tickets? Can I find these files on my hosting?

    Hello,

    Yes, the files are stored on your server. The ticket attachments are stored in wp-content/uploads/wpsc folder.
