# Attachement Text

 * When a user wants to create a new ticket here is the following text “You can 
   upload a maximum of 2 files (max size $d MB per file) with the following file
   types: 2”.
 * How is it possible to replace the “$d” and the 2″ with the actual values?
 * For example
 * You can upload a maximum of 2 files (max size 5 MB per file) with the following
   file types: 2 doc, pdf”.

 * Are you reporting that the text and values are not displayed properly or that
   you need to change the text displayed?
 * If you need to change the text, you can “translate” the words using different
   translation solutions:

 * If the issue is that you put 2 file attachments and it is displayed a different
   number o number is displayed, please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch
   to a default WP theme until the issue gets fixed. The last one in deactivating
   is the one conflicting.
