    Hi,

    I am using WordPress version 4.7.4 and ninja form version 3.1.1. Recently when visitors fill up the form, the attached CSV file I received only show the date submitted and all the other fields are empty.. May I know how to correct this error so that the CSV file will show the information filled in by the visitor?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hey websprout,

    Let’s cover a few preliminary questions to get a handle on this.

    1. Are the values showing up in your Submissions, or are they missing from there as well?

    2. Also, was this CSV file generated from the Submissions page, or was it an email attachment?

    1. The values show up in the email itself.
    2. This CSV file is generated as an email attachment.

    Hey websprout,

    As a first step, could you please ensure that all your Ninja Forms plugins are up to date with the most recent versions and see if this corrects the issue?

    If that doesn’t work, can you export the exact same submission from the Forms->Submissions section and see if the values are missing from there as well?

    Hi KR,

    I am using the latest version of the Ninja Forms plugins. I have done the export manually and the CSV file contains all the information.. this is so strange.. any thoughts on this?
