    Hi,

    Hope that you are able to help me with an adjustment i need to do for my store.

    I use “WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note” plugin so that i am able to print new orders directly from the Back End (Woocommerce -> Orders area).

    What i need is:

    With “Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce” plugin i adjusted successfully necessary fields for clients that need “invoices” for their companies at /checkout page of my eshop. These fields are also available for the client to see them after purchase at a) order emails b) “my orders” page and they are also available for shop managers to see them at WooCommerce-> Orders -> Click order details to see more of order. These invoice info are not available for shop managers to see them when they print the order and that is what i need.

    I need if someone asks for invoice and fills the necessary fields, after purchase, i need these info to be attached and be available at the printed sheet.

    Do i need to add code at functions.php file of my Theme? Show me the way..

    Are we able to do this?

    Thank you in advance.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @xenofon360,

    I apologize for the delay in response.

    In order to add any new field to the Print invoice template then you can modify the template file “print-content.php”. This file is located at the following path: wp-content / plugins / woocommerce-delivery-notes / templates / print-order / print-content.php

    Or alternatively you can use the below hook in the functions.php file of the theme folder which is currently active on your site. The hook is provided in our plugin.

    add_filter ( ‘wcdn_order_info_fields’, ‘add_wcdn_custom_field_value’, 10 , 2 ) ;

    function add_wcdn_custom_field_value( $values, $order ) {

    $wdn_order_id = ( version_compare( get_option( ‘woocommerce_version’ ), ‘3.0.0’, “>=” ) ) ? $order->get_id() : $order->id;
    $order_post = get_post( $wdn_order_id );
    $wdn_order_order_date = ( version_compare( get_option( ‘woocommerce_version’ ), ‘3.0.0’, “>=” ) ) ? $order_post->post_date : $order->order_date;

    $values[‘order_date’] = array(
    ‘label’ =>’Your required label’,
    ‘value’ => ‘Your custom field value’
    );
    return $values;
    }

    Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Regards,

    Hi @xenofon360,

    In order to provide the solution where the custom fields from ‘Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce’ to be added in the Invoice, Receipt, Delivery Note. We will need to study that third party plugin in detail.

    To be honest, currently, our developer colleagues are occupied with the schedule work of our other Pro versions due to which we will not be able to do this custom coding for you.

    I would suggest you to hire a developer who can help you with the custom code. All the necessary information which needs to be used from our plugin I have provided.

    If the developer/you need any other information from our plugin, please let us know we are happy to help you with that.

    I hope you can understand.

    Regards,
    Komal Maru

    Hi,

    And if this other developer is your team?

    How much it’s going to cost.

    Let’s change our conversation.

    Best Regards,
