    Hi There,
I am using woostify with Woocommerce for Facebook. [https://hellawear.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php]

The issue is with the ATC pixel which does not fire. I got in touch with Plugin Support (Skyverge) and this is what they had to say:

“Thanks so much for your patience while our devs looked into this further! Unfortunately, after a closer look, it doesn’t look like we’ll be able to provide a workaround solution for you with this particular theme. When AJAX is used to add an item to cart, we need to adjust the fragments that are then used to print the tracking script.

In the case of the Woostify theme, our developers found that it did not called the required WC_AJAX::get_refreshed_fragments() function, and as the handling of the response to the AJAX foes not replace the fragments, the tracking snippet will always be missing.

If there’s a shining light in all of this, it’s that our developers are working on a new version of the Facebook plugin that uses Facebook’s newer API with Server to Server tracking. This opens up a lot of new ways for us to track events, without having to rely on front end scripts which can be error prone as you’ve seen! The hope is that the new version may very well work out of the box for you once it’s released.

If you’d like to reach out to Woostify developers in the meantime, they may be able to offer some additional suggestions for you.”

    Here is the support thread.

Wondering if we can arrive at some “workaround” to get ATC pixel working.

    Many Thanks

    Hi!
After reading your issue, I understand it and could guess that it’s the conflict with our Ajax add to cart feature.
Can you help me test it by disabling this feature in Customizer -> WooCommerce -> Product single?

    Thanks!

Thanks a ton. Disabled the “Ajax Single Add to Cart” and pixel shows up good on Pixel helper.

    Thanks!

One more request please. Can you have the url of the website removed in brackets in the first post. Did it inadvertently while intended to share the plugin url.

    Thank you!

    Great it works!
I don’t have the right to delete that link.
As Facebook WooCommerce theme said about the new Facebook API, I hope they will intergrade with it and release a new version that can work with our Ajax feature soon.

In this case, I’ll close this issue now, if you have any problem feel free to contact me again!

    Thanks!

    Hello,
I’ll bring it up again because I have the same problem.
I have disabled ajax but the facebook pixel does not detect the add to cart event.

I use Pixel Caffein plugin from Adespresso.

Just before using woostify, I didn’t have problems with other themes.

Do you have any advice to give me to make this event work?

    Thanks

UPDATE: It’s working with Pixelyoursite addon and ajax disable

Hi @yohanecom ! Thanks for your update! What setting works with Pixelyoursite plugin? Or did you just install this plugin and it worked?

I just disabled ajax and installed the plugin, no settings changed

Ok, it means that there is no issue with the theme. When you set up the pixel correctly and with the disabled ajax. The ATC event should work perfectly.
    Thanks again!
