At the home page, the plugins is always asking for the Zip Code. If you enter the data, the poopup does not close and the data does nor remain for this page… It’s weird because if you close manually the popup and go to other pages, in some of them, the ZipCode appears.

    Hello,

I hope you’re all well. I followed the instructions, but it didn’t work. The postal code appears on some pages, but not on others (for example, the home page or the contact page).

My client is very upset about this situation, and I don’t know how to handle it.

    How can you help me?

    Hi @andresramirezduque

I have checked your website. When logged in, the plugin works perfectly. However, when not logged in, the plugin cannot read the cookie due to caching. This issue is not caused by our plugin, so we are unable to resolve it. You will need to contact your developer to fix the caching problem.

    You can try below steps:
    If you’re using QUIC.cloud CDN:

    • Log in to your QUIC.cloud dashboard.
    • Select your domain → go to Page Rules.
    • Create a new rule where you can exclude requests that contain a cookie condition.
    • Enter the cookie name and choose Bypass Cache.

    Thanks,
    Repon
