 * Is there anyway to get the various social network scripts to load async in this
   plugin?
 * Even better would be a way to not load any of the content under the subscribe
   button until it is opened.

 * loading async is best done by a third party plugin like this one:
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/async-javascript/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/async-javascript/)
   Many other cache plugins liek W3 total are also offering this function.
 * Doing it this way allows us to develop in best possible compatibility manner 
   and follow the wordpress codex of developing plugins.
 * About the second issue: We are already thinking if and how this could be done
   and if its worth the efforts/saves loading performance.
 * If you have any technical hints or benchmarks which proves that loading a modal
   form dynamically is better please let us know.
