Hi,

I want use Astra comment on my CPT, and I have written the following code in my function.php, but it doesn’t work. Is there anything wrong with my code?

apply_filters( 'astra_comment_form_all_post_type_support', true );

Hello Hugo,

As we checked the page link you have provided I can see Astra’s comment section.

Here’s the screenshot of the comment section.

Did I miss something or has the issue been resolved?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. The problem is not solved yet. I want to apply the mark up of <div class=”ast-row comment-textarea”> to my CPT but it is not working yet.

<div class=”ast-row comment-textarea”> is working in ‘Post’ here:
https://www.survivalisthk.com/test/
But it is missing in my CPT here:
https://www.survivalisthk.com/knot/how-to-tie-a-clove-hitch/

How can I fix this? Thank you.

Hello @kghugo2000

You can use the below filter to change the default comment box from CPT to Astra comment box:

add_filter( 'astra_comment_form_all_post_type_support', '__return_true' );

After using this filter, the CPT will also have the same comment box as the Astra Comment box for regular post types.
