    Hello,

    I have just installed Astra Starter Templates on WP multisite and the installation was successful but after going to Appearance then click on Start Templates then select page builder the templates are not downloaded. When I click on page builder it is not taking me to any place and just remain on the same place so I can’t access the Astra Starter Templates.

    I mine doing anything wrong can you please provide complete guide on how to download starter templates on wp multisite.

    Hello @azurintegrated

    On a multi-site can you try with the Super-Admin or Network-Admin to see if it helps.

    As the Starter Templates require installing other plugins and the Author Access Role doesn’t have that permission you are facing this issue.

    We have a release for this slated for this week, having a message for the same.

    I tryed to do the same as Super Admin, but nothing hapened, I chose Gutenber, and nothing.
