Astra Starter Sites Never Finishes Importing

This has been going on for weeks and trouble tickets have not resolved anything.
I have been able to get the Astra Starter Sites plugin to import sites for most of my domains and I have three left. It’s taken me weeks to do something that could have been done in a matter of hours.
I choose the Starter Site I want to import. It imports the plugins and then just sits there with the INSTALLING button just spinning and what is supposed to take 2-10 minutes can sit there for hours doing nothing more. It usually will sit there with the last plugin it’s importing, for example, Elementor – Headers, Footers & Blocks and it never gets to the importing of content, images, etc. So, it just never finishes.
I’ve wasted hours at a time, reinstalling, contacting my hosting provider and their engineers to check if it’s a problem with my host, but they said it is on your end, Astra Starter Sites.
What is it going to take to get this fixed? I was planning on getting the Astra Theme Pro but if this is the kind of issues I’m going to be having, I’m not spending my money.
