# ASTRA not working

 * Hi,
 * I’m building a new website, I am used to Astra and Starter Templates for a long
   time already and it seems like I can’t make it work this time.
 * For some reason everytime I try to upload a plugin the only way to do it is by
   inserting the zip file of it and now this message appears when I try to access
   ASTRA OPTIONS or STARTER TEMPLATES ”It is not possible to load starter-templates.”
   or ”It is not possible to load astra”
 * Can you please help me?

 * I know it sounds silly, but just in case. Have you tried reinstalling both the
   Astra theme and the Starter Template plugin? You might want to use the plugin
   mentioned in [this doc](https://wpastra.com/docs/update-theme-manually/) for 
   ease.
 * Also, what if you try installing another theme and plugin, do you have a similar
   error message?
 * Please let us know how you go.
