Hello all, I did a thorough search so apologies if this was posted. Saw a few similar post but not quite the same.

I am using Woocommerce with Astra. Is there a way I can improve the Product display in my site? The texts are not aligned, I think the font is incorrect too. How can I modify all of these?

Thank you all (BTW I am using the “Display products from your store in a grid layout.” Block.

    Thank you

  • Hello,

Please note we only provide support for WooCommerce core in this forum, since the question is about the Astra theme I recommend reaching out to Astra support, they can provide you with more information.

I’ve found an article from their page that might help you out:
How to Customize the WooCommerce Product Page

I hope this points you in the right direction.

Hello, no, it would be regarding the Display products from your store in a grid layout.” Block, from WooCommerce. Normal blocks from Astra are fine, have no issues with them.

    Thank you

    Hi @yanezez

Please note that styles such as text alignments and font families normally rely on your WordPress theme, regardless of the element in question.

I’d suggest reaching out to your theme’s developer, as they should be able to provide you with the best support to customize how your products are being displayed on your site.

If you believe these styles on your site are coming from the core WooCommerce plugin, and not from your theme, please provide us with more details, such as a screenshot showing the issue and a URL example.

I see. Thank you for your patience.

Would it make a difference If I mention I can edit text, font, color, alignment on absolutely all blocks except for the Woocommerce ones?

    Hi @yanezez!

Yes, it makes a difference; there might be a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin.

To be sure of this, you can perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue with the blocks persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Let us know how that goes for you!

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Cheers!

Hello Juan, apologies as I was out of the city.

You were right. It was an issue with the theme. I switched to Neve (also downloaded Store Customizer) and was able to change everything.

Thank you very much for your support
