    Hi,

I’m trying to add the tracking number and shipment status to the WooCommerce email. More specifically the completed order (Shipped) email should contain these values that are generated by AST once I add the tracking number.

I’m using the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium. I looked at their shortcodes and couldn’t see shipment status or tracking number in the list.

How should I do that? Is there any code that needs to be inserted somewhere to make these variables available to WETCP? Do I need the AST Premium for that?

    Thanks, Ramon

    Hi @ramoncassel,

Can you please send me the URL of the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium plugin so we will check it with AST?

    Thanks,

On the same topic – is it possible to disable the automated AST email that goes to customers once the order is shipped?

I want only my branded WooCommerce Email Template Customizer version to be sent please.

    Thanks

    Hi @ramoncassel,

You need to buy the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro for compatibility with WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium plugin.

In the pro version, you can use custom order status shipped and enable/disable shipped order status email.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. I purchased AST Pro and navigated to Custom Order Statuses. However the toggle bar is inactive. I can click on ‘Rename the “Completed” Order status label to “Shipped”’ and a Shipped toggle bar is displayed below. I can’t toggle this bar on though. Neither toggle off the ‘send email’ option.

Interestingly I can toggle on and off the ‘partially shipped’ option right above ‘shipped’.

What should I do? How can I disable it?

    Thanks, Ramon

    Hi @ramoncassel,

You need to disable Rename the “Completed” Order status label to “Shipped” option to enable the Shipped order status.

    Thanks,
