Assuming I can’t add/save tweaks to wp-config.php ?

    Title says it all, tho assuming it’s functions.php only, though would be cool if I could keep all my non-default code snippets in here!

    Good question. Unfortunately, wp-config.php is one of the first things loaded by WordPress, long before plugins are, so it would be difficult to safely intercept that process.
