Associating certain boxes with certain products in Woocommerce

I have set up a Woocommerce store for a client.
The client has worked out over the years what products and in what qualities those products fit into boxes that they the client provide for shipping via UPS.

I have all the box sizes and what products and what quantities of those products fit in which boxes.
How do I associate which boxes are used with which products?
