  • I am trying to modify my css for my sidebar subscription box but any changes I try to make don’t do anything. I am using the css editor that is from the Jetpack plug-in.

    Here is what I have been trying to do:
    -No shadowing on the text
    -Text in the body of the subscription bod to be the color white
    – All text to be left aligned not centered (not the box were subscribers but their email and not not the submit button)
    -Then the text in the top line and the submit button to be Dancing script font

    Here is the blog:

    Here is the CSS:

    .enews #subbox {
    	background: #fff;
    	padding: 10px;
    	width: 80%;
    #sidebar .enews {
    	background-color: #bfe7e1;
    	margin: -30px;
    	min-height: 201px;
    	padding: 25px 20px 24px;
    	text-align: center;
    .enews #subbox {
    	border-top: 1px solid #9e6e56;
    	color: #aaa49f;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	font-weight: bold;
    	margin: 0 10px 15px;
    	padding: 14px 10px 12px 50px;
    	text-transform: uppercase;
    	width: 195px;
    .enews #subbutton {
    	border-radius: 3px;
    	box-shadow: 0 1px 1px #a24a1d;
    	background: url(images/button-light.png) 0 0;
    	border: none;
    	color: #333!important;
    	font-size: 14px;
    	font-weight: bold;
    	margin: 0 auto;
    	padding: 10px 15px;
    	text-shadow: 1px 1px #fff;
    	text-transform: uppercase;
    .widget-area .enews {
    	background: none;
    	color: #fff;
    	font-size: 26px;
    	padding: 0;
    	text-align: left;
    #sidebar .enews {
    	margin-bottom: 10px;
    	text-shadow: 1px 1px #a1491d!important;
    .newsletter.widget-area .enews {
    	font-size: 20px;
    	margin: 0 0 5px;
    	text-align: left;

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
