    Dear WooCommerce Support,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I am currently encountering an issue with the Orders tab in my WooCommerce setup. While my products are being shipped to customers, they continue to display as “not shipped” on my end. Additionally, I’ve noticed a database error flagged in my Query Monitor, which seems to have occurred after I mistakenly deleted some database tables.

Could you please assist me in recovering the deleted tables? This would help restore proper functionality and allow smooth access to the system.

Thank you for your time and support!

    Best regards,

    Hi @ldnleadwork

While my products are being shipped to customers, they continue to display as “not shipped” on my end.

Are you using any shipping plugins? If yes, then it could be a problem with your shipping plugin or a conflict with other plugins. Please ensure your shipping plugin is updated and try disabling other plugins to see if the issue persists.

I’ve noticed a database error flagged in my Query Monitor, which seems to have occurred after I mistakenly deleted some database tables.

Unfortunately, once a table is deleted, it cannot be recovered directly. However, if you have a recent backup of your website, you can restore it, which will include the deleted tables. If you don’t have a backup, you may head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and use the Update and Verify database tool.

If this makes no difference, you may need to reinstall WooCommerce. I recommend reaching out to a professional developer or your hosting provider to assist with these tasks if you’re not comfortable doing them yourself.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
