    Hello!
Thank You for the new Plugin, im just testing and there are some things, i will post here at the forum.

The first important thing for my site: Frontend-Agents

So at my testsite the List while using
    [wsdesk_support display="form_support_request_table"]
only shows the own tickets, but not the tickets wich are shown at backend assigned to the agent.

    Thank You!

Hello, The frontend view is for the users to check the existing requests they have raised. For the agents, login to the ticketing system is required to access the assigned tickets.
The agent view can be restricted based on the capabilities and the views assigned which will prevent the agent to access any other sections in the admin panel (which includes orders, reports, products, posts, pages, plugins, etc. ), makes it highly secure.
    Hope that clarifies.
