assign thumbnail problem oxygen theme

i have regenerated thumbnails via http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails

but they are not showing on the site.
they are showing if i assign as a featured image in the post menu
i have 400 posts, how can i assign thumbnails on their posts practically?
