    Hi Shane,
When you are adding or editing a team there should be a Leagues meta box on the right of the screen. select a league here. If you don’t see that metabox, pull down the screen options menu on the top right of the window and check the Leagues box.

Let me know how it goes.

    Mark,
Love your idea for standings and rosters widget. I am a complete beginner at this stuff. I installed your MSTW Teams widget, created some teams etc. But it doesn’t seem to be listed under Appearance-Widgets-Available Widgets, so I have no idea how to make it appear on my website (www.themaddenbowl.com). I know I am missing something. Could you please advise? Thanks a million and again, love your idea and hopeful that I can add your ROSTER widget as well once I figure out the first one!

    Hi Derek,
When you say “your MSTW Teams WIDGET”, I assume you are referring to the MSTW League Standings PLUGIN. There is no WIDGET in the MSTW League Standings PLUGIN. There is only a shortcode, which is documented on WordPress.org and on my website. You could add the shortcode to a text widget if you wanted.

Hope that helps. Let me know how it goes.

    Hey Mark,
Thanks for your speedy reply. I guess my major problem is I do not know where to enter any shortcode. I click on Teams, Leagues etc and just don’t see where I can do anything. I may be too big of a “project” for you. However, I am determined. ha ha I understand if you cannot help me…it’s a big task.

On my ADMIN page I see your MSTW list of tasks (All Teams, Add New Team, Leagues, Display Settings.) I have filled them all out, added 4 teams and now have no idea where to go, what to look for or how to get to this shortcode you referred to. I would like to have the standings for our league displayed on the front page. But again, I am a huge project so I don’t want to bore you to death MSTW 101 questions. Thanks for anything you can do for me.

    Derek,
Create a new page, go to the TEXT (or HTML) tab, NOT the VISUAL tab. Enter the shortcode

    [mstw_ls_table league_id=league-slug]

See the examples my development site.

Having seen no activity in over a month, I am marking this resolved. If you have other questions, please open a new thread.
    Thanks.
