Assign posts with a certain category to the Post page

    I have set “Posts page:” to a page named Blog.
    I have a category named Blog as well.
    When I create a post and assign it the category Blog, only then do I want it to be displayed in the Blog pages.

    How do I do that? I am using a template and do not know how to physically edit the actual pages
