    I would like to assign categories to pages, so that the comments on these pages belong to a certain category. At the moment these comments are "uncategorized".

    Any tricks?

    I use a plugin to show the most recent comments and also give the information in which category this comment has been made. So, if someone comments on a static page (which is my guestbook), those comments are "uncategorzed". If you make a comment on a post, it will show in belong to the same category as the post.

    Finally found a plugin. Support has been discontinued, but it still works:

    @olchemist

    Can you help me a little with that.

    How can i display pages in a list using that plugin.

    I am using
    <?php
    $postlist = get_posts('category_name=top-nav'); ?>

    I've assigned 4 pages to category 'top-nav'. but i get an empty array.

    Thanks.

    Might consider using this plugin that is in the plugin repository:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/map-categories-to-pages/

    And Amit has some nice examples of use:
