 * The screenshot you’ve shared shows “Appointments” tab, which is not powered by
   Jetpack CRM. I suspect you have a 3rd party plugin that sets up appointments?
 * For Jetpack CRM-powered scheduling/calendar system, you can select the “Task 
   Scheduler” menu shown above the Appointments tab shown in your screenshot.
