    Hi,

    We’ve sent a couple of support requests via https://gabelivan.com/contact/ and they seem to have fallen into a black hole.

    The recent update has broken the fonts loading and we have deactivated the plugins. We are Pro subscriber and hope to get the plugin back working again. Please kindly response to our support requests ASAP.

    @blingblong The only message you sent was yesterday and you’ll get a reply in a few minutes. Somehow the message you sent didn’t get to the support email address and I had to look it up in the system. There are times when it lands in the SPAM. Had you not left this message, it would have been found later, so it’s good you left the message here. As we’ll continue the conversation privately, I’m marking this thread as “resolved”.

    @blingblong have you had issues receiving emails from other people or sending emails but not getting replies as you expected? Here’s the response I get from the email delivery provider:

    550 5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from [yourdomainnamehere] is not accepted due to domain’s DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of [yourdomainnamehere] domain if this was a legitimate mail. Please visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/2451690 to learn about the DMARC initiative. s41si7854882edm.412 – gsmtp
